Shipping & Delivery

Only available in the continental US. We ship orders quickly! As a result, orders cannot be changed, modified or canceled after checkout has been completed. Shipping timeframe is 3-10 business days (excludes ALL holidays and weekends). We use USPS, FedEx or UPS ground services.

Chloe's Closet is not responsible for lost or stolen products marked as delivered by the Post Office. If USPS confirms delivery to the correct address, we are unable to provide a replacement or refund for your order.

You will receive an email containing shipping and tracking information once your order has shipped. If you do not receive the email, please check your junk or spam folders. If you cannot locate the email, send us an email to shop@chloescloset.store and we will provide you with the shipping information for your order.

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. For the safety of the animals, for sanitary reasons and due to the fact that other customers wouldn't want to receive your used item, Chloe's Closet does not take back anything that is non-sellable, has ANY AMOUNT of dog hair on it, has been worn, has been altered, tags removed, original packaging either torn or missing, damaged by you or your dog, any sort of smell, or stain, etc.

We do not issue refunds for any purchases but do offer store credit or size exchanges at our discretion for only unworn items Every effort is made to accommodate exchanges for sizing issues but is solely at the our discretion. Exchanges can only be processed within 7 days of delivery
